Privacy & Your Information
A short, plain-English summary of what information this site handles and how it is used. If anything here is unclear, just ask.
In short: this is a small local business site. I only collect what you send me, I use it to reply to you and provide the help you ask for, and I don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Contact form submissions
When you fill in the enquiry form, the details you enter — such as your name, email address, business name, location, area of interest and message — are sent to me so I can respond and, if relevant, arrange a free AI review. I use these details to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. I keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.
If you email me, or I email you, those messages are handled through standard email providers. I use your email address to reply to you and to follow up on anything we discuss. I won't add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Form handling (Formspree)
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that receives your submission and forwards it to my inbox. Your submission passes through Formspree's systems and is subject to their privacy policy as well as this one.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This helps me improve the site. Analytics data is handled by Google and may involve cookies or similar identifiers. It is not used to personally identify you, and I don't combine it with your enquiry details to profile you.
Cookies & local storage
The site itself doesn't set marketing or advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar browser storage for measurement. The site also installs a small service worker and may cache files in your browser (local storage / cache) so pages load faster and work offline — this stays on your device and isn't sent to me. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.
No sale of personal information
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you (such as the form and email providers described above), or where required by law.
Please don't send sensitive information
Please keep enquiries general. Don't include passwords, bank or card numbers, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information in the contact form. If something confidential needs to be discussed, we can arrange a more appropriate way to do that once we're in touch.
